Palpitations advice

Just wondering if anyone else has suffered quite badly with heart palpitations during pregnancy? Only had a few with my first but this time around they are so bad, i had an ECG done a couple of days ago that didnt pick anything bad up so gp said just to take it easy it will be to do with oregnancy.. but they are making me so anxious they last a while some times and make me panic...
