Does anyone know what this could be from? I noticed it this morning and had thought they were just mosquito bites but tonight 2 of them had formed a blister.. She says it hurts and doesn't itch.. It's on the backside of both arms (around the same spot) and no where else. budget-saving homecoming wear that is below 50
