"10 weeks out" for my next competition and the workouts are getting grueling, had to rest this week because of a strained abdominal muscle from working them abs just a little too much..so be careful. Been doing the Hammer and Chisel Series and Sagi and Autumn put you through a workout..that's for sure...may be going to San Diego this coming week for some R and R..lets hope I can make that happen. detachable train wedding dress <3 <3 <3
