I first met Amanda at the Emma Crawford Coffin Races three years ago. She was dressed like a minion. She helped me so much with Julian, pointing me to resources and giving me advice that helped us tremendously with his condition.

Jasmine and Sabastian dated for a while and they went to each other's senior proms. They have remained really good friends, bringing us all together very frequently to enjoy in the happy moments of life.

When I was first admitted to the hospital back in October, Amanda was the only friend to call and check on me and send me flowers. She even went and checked on Jasmine for me. Then, after my first surgery and I couldn't return to work, Amanda gave me money so I could buy my kids Christmas presents. After my second surgery and I was down much longer, Amanda would pick up Jasmine and take her to do fun things. When I was first able to get out and have a beer after my second surgery, Amanda treated me to lunch and my first beer in months. formal evening party wears

She was one of the bestest friends I've ever had. She cared so much about so many people. She excelled so much in the last year in her job. She did everything she could to help Sabastian and even worked on getting him a paid internship after he graduated high school. She was an amazing mother. She would do anything for her son.

The last time I saw Amanda was on July 3rd when I picked up Sabastian to go camping with us. I didn't get a chance to meet up with everyone at the fireworks on July 4th, because I lost my phone, but I'm so happy Jasmine got to spend that evening with her and Sabastian.

I am still just blown away that she is gone. She was one of the good ones. The kind of person you always want to have by your side through life. She was taken from us far too soon.
